Dodo Socks – a project that needs no introduction. Even if you’re not from Ukraine, chances are you’ve heard of them and love them just as much as we do 🥰
My colleague and I created this site back in Webolatory, but we started working on an existing site that was left to us by the previous developers. We spent a lot of time maintaining their code, but eventually, we decided to rebuild everything from scratch – and we did it successfully. Now, I maintain the site on my own.
And honestly, most of the cool things this project does are hidden behind the scenes. It’s integrated with everything you can think of – from custom CRM and warehouse systems to shipping through Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta, complete with automated invoice generation and everything else you need. Basically, if it can be automated, it has been – or we just don’t know we need it yet 😜
I’m sure the next developers after us will inherit this site and curse our code just as we did with our predecessors’.
